Introduction to myAccess
The Global Identity and Access Management program is a foundational element in the Identity journey here at Aramark. It is the central system that we use to make sure the right person, has the right access, at the right time.
How to use myAccess
myAccess SSO (Single Sign On) is a central part of Aramark’s security program. With myAccess, you use one login for all your applications. Use the guide below to learn how to sign into your applications based on your role and hire date.

**If hired AFTER July 21st 2023, proceed below**
Locate email with your credentials
Your credentials will be sent to the email that you provided when you were hired.



Click link to verify your email address
Open email from aramark-global-iam-noreply@aramarkdev.com and click the link to verify your email.

You have successfully verified your email
Scroll down to the First Time Logging In section.

**If hired BEFORE July 21st 2023, proceed below**
Enter your username for Single Sign On
Access your application via the link of website as you normally would.
At the login screen, enter your Aramark Employee ID (works for everyone) or Aramark Email address (if you have one). Then, enter your password. First time logging in? See next section.

First Time Logging In?
A temporary password has been created for users that don’t have an email address or have never logged in before.
First letter of your last name (UPPERCASE)
Second letter of your last name (lowercase)
Your Aramark Employee number
Your 4 digit birth year
First Time Logging In?
You will be prompted to change your password
Enter the temporary password again
Enter a new password
Confirm the new password

myAccess SSO Tips and Tricks
MyAccess SSO (Single Sign On) is a central part of Aramark’s Global Identity and Access Management program. With my Access, you use one login for all your applications. Use the guide below to learn how to sign into your applications based on your role.
This Manager FAQ will help support users that are experiencing trouble when logging into an application via myAccess. Below you will see various error messages and scenarios as well as guidance on how to correct or avoid them.
Common Username and Password Errors for Single Sign On
After accessing your application via the link or website as you normally would and after entering your Aramark Employee ID (works for everyone) or Aramark Email address (if you have one) and enter your password, you might see one of these error messages.
If the combination of Username and Password does not match myAccess records, you will see this message
- Have the user check the Username they entered
- Help the user validate they have the correct employee ID#
- If a first-time login user without email, see the next page and validate the correct password algorithm - have the user write it out before typing


If the combination of Username and Password matches an account but there are issues with the account successfully authenticating, your account may be disabled. With this message presented, the user will have to contact the Service Desk for assistance.

Password & Security Knowledge, Questions and Tips
Setting your password in myAccess as a non-email holder
Minimum length of 12 characters requiring all of the following:
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 numeric value
- At least one of these special characters (!@#$?)
- First letter of your last name (UPPERCASE)
- Second letter of your last name (lowercase)
- Your Aramark Employee number
- Your 4-digit birth year
Security knowledge questions
- You cannot use the same questions more than once
- You cannot use the same answer more than once
Be sure that saved favorites are the correct ones
Saved favorites can cause issues if the URL in the favorite it not the right one. Note the difference below between the Web Site address of the myWorkLife application before and after login.
Be sure to complete the login process
It is important to be sure that the user completes the login process completely the first time through. If the process is not completed completely, it will pick up where the user left off previously. This is not bad for the user’s account, but it can cause confusion during sign in.
Use the Password Eyeball
If the user is having trouble typing a complex password, be sure to tell them about the ‘Eyeball’. At the password entry screen there is an ‘Eyeball’ that allows the user to see what was typed in the password field.

There are links posted throughout the sign in screens to assist user in the sign in process. You can watch videos and read documents (including this one) about the sign in process as well as get direction on how to contact support.
Browser Challenges on a Mobile Device
While all browsers will work as well do the mobile apps … Try to do your first login on a computer to improve the user experience of a full keyboard and full screen.

Manager Job Aid - Get Your Employees Registered for myAccess
myAccess is the Single Sign tool used to gain access to their W2 in myPay. Follow the guide below for each of your employees and get them Registered!
Assist each of your employees who do not have an Aramark email address with the myAccess Single Sign On registration process:
On a Mobile Device: Your employees may download the “SAP Success Factors Mobile” app for myWorkLife and or the “UKG Pro” app for myPay on their phone. They will complete the myAccess registration when logging into either of the apps for the first time.
Open a regular browser window for the employee, navigate to myWorkLife or MyPay – Aramark
If a name appears in the Sign in box, click the “X” and allow the employee to login

OR
Open an “InPrivate” browser window, navigate to myWorkLife or MyPay – Aramark and allow the employee to login

When complete, close the browser and repeat the process for each employee
